vool was established in Kerry, Ireland in 2009, it is run by Keith Phelan, a designer and developer.
Keith is currently doing interesting stuff with the IMaR Technology Gateway based at IT Tralee, and is no longer taking on projects unless your project is very interesting or you have a huge budget, in which case do get in touch !
