This is a quick poster I put together for a WildMind event on the topic of Brent Geese, the illustration is a Woodcut from Thomas Bewick which is in the Public Domain.
The event takes place on Wednesday the 21st of February and will feature Gerry Murphy of the Irish Brent Goose Research Group who will talk about the journey of Brent Geese from Kerry to Iceland over the Greenland Ice Cap to the Canadian Arctic and back, as well as a screening of local filmmaker James McCarthy‘s short film of the Brent Geese in Fenit.
